Plant Care Package - Terms and Conditions.

Welcome to The Green Revolution (TGR) Plant Care Services (“Services”).

 

By engaging with or purchasing our Services, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use or purchase our Services.

1. Description of Services

TGR provides plant care services, which may include watering, feeding, pruning, pest control, repotting, and other general maintenance tasks as agreed upon in writing.

2. Service Limitations
All Services are provided based on the information you supply regarding your plants’ health, environment, and specific requirements. TGR may refuse to provide Services if the plants are severely infested, diseased, or pose a risk to other plants or our personnel.

3. Customer Obligations

 

Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details about each plant, including any known health issues, pest infestations, or special care requirements.

Access and Cooperation
If Services are provided at your premises, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the plants. You also agree to follow any post-service instructions provided by TGR to maintain plant health.

Timely Communication
You agree to communicate promptly about scheduling, changes, cancellations, or any emerging plant health issues.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

4.1 No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide the best possible care, TGR cannot guarantee specific outcomes, growth, or complete eradication of diseases or pests, as many factors affecting plant health are beyond our control (e.g., environment, pre-existing conditions).

4.2 Limitations of Liability

  • Under no circumstances shall TGR’s maximum liability exceed the service fee paid for the specific service that gives rise to a claim.

  • TGR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to property arising from plant care, including but not limited to any damage caused by water leakage, soil spillage, pest infestations, or improper handling of plants.

  • TGR shall not be responsible for the health or condition of plants if any individual or entity other than TGR personnel (or authorized representatives) has serviced, moved, or otherwise tended to the plants during or after TGR’s care period.

4.3 Abandonment
If you are required to pick up your plants from TGR (e.g., after an in-store care service) and fail to do so within the agreed timeframe, your plants may be deemed abandoned. TGR reserves the right to rehome or dispose of abandoned plants without further liability or compensation.

 

5. Warranties

5.1 No Warranty
TGR provides Services “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding plant health or longevity, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5.2 Customer-Provided Materials
If you provide any materials (e.g., pots, soil, fertilizers) for the Service, TGR is not responsible for the quality or suitability of these materials and any resulting impact on your plants.

 

6. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

6.1 Scheduling
Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will endeavor to accommodate your preferred dates and times but do not guarantee availability.

6.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least [X] hours’ notice. Cancellations made within [X] hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, as stated on our website or in your service agreement.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to your privacy policy). By using our Services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

 

8. Fees and Payment

Pricing
Fees for Services will be communicated in writing (e.g., via our website, email, or a formal quote). All fees must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional Costs
Any additional products or treatments (e.g., specialized fertilizers, pest management solutions) not included in the original quote may incur extra charges. We will obtain your consent before proceeding with any additional services.

​Late Payments
Unpaid or late payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of Services. TGR reserves the right to charge a late fee as permitted by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

TGR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, provided that this does not prevent TGR from seeking injunctive relief or enforcing judgments in any appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional written agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TGR regarding the provision of our Plant Care Services, superseding any prior oral or written understandings.
