Plant Care Services – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the plant care and maintenance services provided by The Green Revolution For Flowers and Ornamental Plants Trading LLC (“TGR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to you, the customer (“you” or “your”).
By engaging TGR’s plant care services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of Services
TGR’s plant care services may include:

Scheduled watering, pruning, fertilizing, and leaf cleaning

Soil top-ups, conditioning, and removal of dead foliage
-
Visual pest/disease checks (excluding fumigation)
-
Guidance on plant placement, lighting, and care best practices
-
Optional seasonal grooming or repotting upon request
The exact scope and frequency will be mutually discussed prior to initiation. No long-term contract is required to avail services.
2. Access & Scheduling

You agree to provide our team safe, uninterrupted access to the plant areas during scheduled visits.

If access is not possible due to absence or restricted entry, the visit may be skipped or rescheduled at our discretion.

TGR will make reasonable efforts to accommodate timing preferences, but scheduling is subject to staff availability and operational constraints.
3. Service Personnel Consistency
While we aim to provide continuity in your plant care experience, we cannot guarantee that the same individual will attend every visit.
Assignments are based on internal scheduling, route optimization, and team availability. Regardless of the individual, all TGR staff are trained to maintain the same high standard of care, professionalism, and courtesy.
4. Customer Responsibilities
As the plant owner, your responsibilities include:

Maintaining suitable environmental conditions (light, airflow, indoor temperature) between visits

Avoiding overwatering or additional treatments unless advised
-
Refraining from relocating or interfering with plants once placed and set up by our team
-
Informing TGR of any concerns, changes, or specific instructions related to plant health
5. Plant Health Disclaimer & Repotting Acknowledgment
No Plant Replacement Guarantee
TGR provides plant care services with the intent to maintain and improve plant health, but we do not offer plant replacements under our standard care services unless clearly agreed upon in writing.
Please note:

Many plants we begin to care for may already be in a compromised condition (e.g., due to past neglect, poor light, poor drainage, or overwatering).

We do not assume liability for deterioration that cannot be clearly attributed to our actions.
We believe in transparency, and our team will always inform you when a plant is observed to be in poor or vulnerable condition.
Repotting Services – Risk Acknowledgment
Repotting may be recommended to refresh soil, address root binding, or resolve drainage issues. However, repotting is a stressful procedure for any plant and may lead to:

Temporary wilting or leaf loss

Root shock or slowed growth
-
Late-onset plant decline
-
Complete plant loss, particularly if the plant was already weak
By requesting or approving repotting, you acknowledge and accept these risks. While we handle each plant with care and experience, TGR cannot guarantee survival or recovery post-repotting.
6. Limitations of Liability
TGR shall not be liable for:

Damage to plants caused by unsuitable placement, AC exposure, direct sunlight, or ventilation issues

Pest infestations introduced externally or post-care
-
Decline of plants due to improper care between visits or customer tampering

Any plant health issue where evidence of prior damage or stress exists

Consequential, emotional, or indirect damages arising from plant loss
In any case, our liability shall not exceed the last one month’s service fee paid.
7. Payment Terms

Payments are to be made monthly in advance, unless otherwise specified.

Delayed or non-payment may result in suspension of service until dues are cleared.

All charges are in AED and exclusive of VAT unless stated.
8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the service with 7 days’ written notice before the next scheduled billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations or skipped visits unless due to proven fault by TGR.

TGR reserves the right to discontinue services for repeated payment delays, site inaccessibility, or any misuse of service.
9. Changes & Modifications
TGR may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in operational practices or legal requirements.
We will notify you of significant changes in advance. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
