Refunds and Returns Policy

At The Green Revolution For Flowers and Ornamental Plants Trading LLC (“TGR”), we take great pride in the quality of our plants, accessories, and gardening products. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. 

We do our best to secure our products beautifully but transit can be brutal for certain items. If you have received a defected item, please take a photo within 24 hours of shipment delivery and email the details along with your order number to Care@Thegreenrevolution.ae Plant packages have to be opened immediately since these are perishable items, if you leave a box unopened beyond 1 days we won't be able to help with exchanges or returns.

Plants are sensitive creatures, and just like bringing a new pet home, you really have to invest some labor of love into plant care to see these living beings thrive. If your plant first arrived well and you follow our care instructions, these beings will stay with you for a long long time.

Plants don’t love drastic changes to their environment so some weariness or minor cosmetic blemishes are to be expected. It may take a few days or weeks for your plant to adjust to its new home and thrive.

We love our plants and want to ensure that you do as well! We will happily send you a replacement plant free of charge in the unlikely event that your plant arrives dead. The replacement will arrive in a grower pot.

But if for some reason despite your best efforts the plant gives up on you within the first 15 days, we will replace it.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency, we have established the following comprehensive Refunds and Returns Policy.

1. Our Plant Promise

Plants are living beings, and while we work with the best growers and suppliers to ensure healthy and beautiful plants, natural variations in shape, size, or foliage are inevitable. These are not considered defects but part of the charm of nature.

2. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible to return a product under the following conditions:

§  The item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or substantially different from what was displayed on the website.

§  The request is initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

§  The item is in original condition, unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

§  The product is not excluded under the exceptions listed below.

3. Instant Returns at Delivery

If you are not satisfied with the item at the time of delivery, you may refuse to accept it. Our delivery team will take it back immediately, and your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment processor.

In case of online payment failure but a successful charge, please share proof with our customer service for resolution.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

§  Live plants that have been repotted, exposed to improper conditions post-delivery, or mishandled.

§  Any items requested for return after 24 hours of delivery.

§  Custom-manufactured items such as specially made GRP pots.

§  Used tools, opened fertilizers, or consumables.

§  Sale or clearance items, unless defective.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered:

§  Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

§  Provide clear photos showing the issue.

§  Our team will assess and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

TGR reserves the right to inspect the item before approving a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

TGR cannot be held responsible for:

§  Airborne pests, natural plant diseases, or discoloration occurring after 7 days of delivery.

§  Environmental factors such as incorrect sunlight, over/underwatering, or temperature conditions after the plant is in your care.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.

Once dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return, and applicable fees may apply.
